*Please note that your table will
not be drafted for your review until full
payment has been received. Reserving a spot
without payment does not guarantee a spot
for the actual event. It is the vendor's
responsibility to get the information to us
for setting up your table.
We will have a "Common" Interactive Chat set
up for the event. This allows all vendors
and customers to meet in the same chat area
to mingle. There are options for Private
Chat if you'd like to chat one-on-one with
someone in the room (this is done by clicking on the person's nick name you wish
to private chat with).

Grand Prize Give-away:
$1.00 of each paid table will go towards a
Grand Prize Gift Certificate / Shopping
Spree. The recipient will be chosen via
random drawing from the Registration Slips
and be given two weeks at the close of the
event to redeem their Gift Certificate. A
link to our registration form will be
located in the bottom right area of the
event. Anyone may enter (that is 18 years or
older). Only one entry per day of the event
please. Certificate Value: For example: 15
paid rooms = $15.00 Gift Certificate, 25
paid rooms = $25.00 Gift Certificate, and so
on. Actual value to be announced when event
opens.
